If subscribed to the website there will be a message to remind you that the reason you are receiving the Alert is because you requested it, there will be a link to the page where you can unsubscribe if you wish. When the request for deletion or to unsubscribe is received alerts will stop within a 24hr period and all data will be deleted from the server after the retention period of 90 days.
